I recently watched a showed (titled as above) about regular fasting and it’s benefits. I’m sold. I’m totally on board.
But fasting is so difficult when forcing yourself to study or do your dissertation. So recently the eating habits have been pretty appalling (Nutella, cakes, pastries….) but I’ll be starting placement tomorrow, and plan to have my first “fasting” day; coffee, tea, apple, banana…. And I’ll try and let that be it.
I think it will feel like a detox!
